Payment & Fair-Trading Terms

1.
Subscription Fees
1.1
Subscription fees must be paid in full annually and are non-refundable.
1.2
The subscription fees applicable are:
-
Developers - (Material Controllers) - £2,400 per region, per annum.
-
Haulage Companies - £1,200 per region, per annum.
-
Surveyors - £600 per region, per annum.
-
Merchants - £2,400 per region, per annum.
1.3
MukAway.com Ltd reserves the right to review subscription fees, with 30-days' notice provided to users.
2.
Payment, Transaction & Commission Fees
2.1
A commission fee of 5% shall apply to:
-
The total haulage cost of all material transfers between Donor and Receiver sites, invoiced to the material
controllers.
-
The total haulage cost and sales value completed by Merchants, invoiced to the merchant.
2.2
Invoices will be generated automatically from the MukAway system based on the agreed completed deals.
2.3
Haulage Companies are paid directly by the Developers and Merchants as per the agreed deal and issued orders.
2.4
Surveyor fees for 3D modelling - £1,080 and Tradition Surveying £780 is to be paid direct by Developer or
Merchant if survey required.
3.
Payment Processing
3.1
All payments are processed through MukAway.com Ltd approved payment provider.
3.2
Subscription invoices to be paid 14 days from invoice date if payment link is not used.
3.3
Commission invoices to be paid 30 days from month end.
3.4
All invoices received shall be paid 30 days from month end.
4.
Split Payments & Haulage Costs
4.1
If the parties agree to share the haulage costs (e.g. 50/50 between Donor and Receiver), the platform will
automatically manage the invoice split.
4.2
MukAway.com Ltd is not liable for any disputes related to haulage arrangements, delivery delays, or quality of
services provided.
5.
Fair Trading & Collaboration
5.1
All platform users are required to conduct trading, haulage booking, and survey services in a fair and
transparent and collaborative manner.
5.2
Users agree to:

Ensure all information provided when registering sites, volumes, or materials is truthful and accurate.

Ensure the fulfilment of all confirmed and agreed commitments related to material transfers, haulage
bookings, or survey services.

The use of this platform is strictly limited to legitimate commercial purposes, and non-commercial or
anti-competitive activities or behaviors are prohibited.

Conduct all activities with professionalism in alignment with the platform's commercial and environmental
objectives.
5.3
MukAway.com Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate, with immediate effect, any account determined to
be engaged in:

Misrepresenting materials, volumes, or service capabilities.
-
Abusing communication channels to bypass the platform's payment terms.
-
Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or anti-competitive behavior.
-
Consistently failing to honor commitments, thereby undermining collaboration between parties.
5.4
MukAway.com Ltd retains sole discretion to terminate under this clause, and no refunds will be granted where
termination results from non-compliance with fair-trading requirements
6.
Late Payments & Suspension
6.1
Non-payment of subscription fees or outstanding commission-related charges will result in suspension of the
account until full payment has been received.
6.2
MukAway.com Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts in arrears beyond 60 days, at its absolute
discretion.
7.
Company Due Diligence
7.1
Pursuant to the Duty of Care, the Carrier shall be responsible for issuing the Waste Transfer Note to both the
Donor and Receiver Site companies. Delivery tickets shall be signed and verified at the Receiver Site, with
copies furnished to both the Donor and Receiver Site companies upon completion. The obligation to update and
manage the MMP rests jointly with the Receiver and Donor Site companies. MukAway.com Ltd shall bear no legal
responsibility in relation to any part of this process. Please see below the donor and receiver site

8.
VAT & Taxation
8.1
All fees and charges include VAT.
8.2
Users shall be solely responsible for ensuring their own tax compliance in relation to any payments received
through the platform.
